"My name is Stephen Johnson. My wife and I took out a auto insurance policy with your office on Aug. 30 of this year. We were in the midst of a unimaginable time for us. I was experiencing some life threatening health issues unable to work. To make matters worse we were forced to move out of our home very unexpectedly. Then of course we had to find new auto insurance. Then as a consumer we had to deal with the onslaught of insurance agent bombarding us from every possible angle. Just by chance I can across the most delightful ray of sunshine. Her name is Zriya. Myself I have been in the customer service industry my entire adult life. In my opinion for what ever its worth you have working for you that one employee that everyone dreams of. She doesn't know us personally but my wife had told Ziriya that I was having health issues and she took it upon herself to send me a get well card and have everyone sign it. Furthermore there has never been a time that we have talked to Ziriya weather about changes to our policy or we are running short of money that she didn't go way beyond what is required to see that we were satisfied. Always so delightful to talk too so full of energy and a willingness to help and just give it that personal touch. Most times on the internet things are given one to five stars. I would hesitate to give her 5 stars for the simple reason that I feel 5 stars wouldn't do her justice. She is an incredible young lady that you don't find anymore. I'm blessed to have her as my agent and I consider her an extended friend, one I may never meet in person but she always puts a smile on our face whenever we speak with her. Thank you for lending me your ear for a moment, too many times people of this caliber get taken for granted and not praised for the tireless work they do.
