"For many years I've been insured by a company other than State Farm. Each and every (8 or 10 or more?) renewal period, I've seen my monthly auto insurance payment increase. Consistency, without fail. A few months ago, I began looking around on the Internet for different auto insurance. Shortly thereafter, I received a mailing from The Daly State Farm Agency. No pressure at all, just a letter saying "hey, we see you're shopping insurance, we'd love to be able to assist you". I finally became ready to "make the change", so I emailed them. I got a reply, and, eventually a call from, Ziriya Lockett. I could not have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable and friendly young lady. She took the time to listen to my needs, she answered each question without having to "look up" anything, (I really appreciate that fact), it was a great experience, (no pressure to purchase anything other than what I needed), (am I allowed to say she saved me nearly 35%?). If you're shopping Auto Insurance, give The Daly State Farm Office a call and ask for Ziriya Lockett."
